Pizza Margharita:

The classic Neapolitan pizza. The oil enriched dough base topped with a flavourful tomato sauce and, in this case, a mixture of parmesan and cheddar cheese with marjoram. Individual size of approximately 15cm diameter.

These little golden crescents, Russian in origin, are made with a light yeast enriched pastry and contain a moist and buttery savoury stuffing of onion, chives, cabbage and hard boiled egg.
